OFFSCREEN PODCAST
Strategy + Visual Identity
You’re listening to OFFSCREEN, with Jillian and Sophia, the show where two Armenian young women go beyond film, tv, and music news to discuss the intersectionality of social issues and the media.
-OFFSCREEN podcast
For OFFSCREEN we redefined their existing visual identity to reflect Gen Z film, tv, and music culture while also creating a tone that aligns the hosts’ voices and areas of coverage.
What jumped out at us when working with Gillian and Sophia is their ability to move briskly between more serious cultural conversations and lighthearted hot takes. The sharp edges and clean curves of the bespoke “OFFSCREEN” wordmark, in combination with the ombre color fields – create a contained ecosystem that embodies this range of tone and topics.
We also worked with them on fine-tuning what differentiates them from other culture review podcasts in the market.
We also worked with them on fine-tuning their topic angles and personal voices. We coached them on how to lean into their authentic selves as female content creators and Armenian-Americans, sharpening the lens through which they construct their conversations.
